School Rules & Regulations
For Students & Parents

To ensure discipline, safety, and academic excellence, the following rules and regulations must be strictly followed by all students and respected by parents/guardians:

I. General Conduct

  1. Students must be punctual and attend school regularly in proper, prescribed uniform.
  2. Politeness, honesty, and respect towards teachers, staff, and fellow students are expected at all times.
  3. Use of abusive language, violence, or misconduct in any form will not be tolerated.
  4. Students should maintain cleanliness in classrooms, school premises, and surroundings.
  5. Damaging school property is a punishable offence. The cost of damage will be recovered with a fine.
  6. Every student must carry their Identity Card and School Diary daily.
  7. Loitering or running in the corridors or classrooms is strictly prohibited.

II. Attendance & Leave

  1. A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory to appear in exams.
  2. Students must arrive at least 10 minutes before the school starts.
  3. Late arrivals, absences, or early departures require prior written permission from parents/guardians.
  4. In case of sudden illness, the school must be informed, and a medical certificate may be required.
  5. No student shall leave the school premises during school hours without prior permission.
  6. For unforeseen circumstances, a leave note must be submitted on the student’s return.

III. Discipline and Behaviour

  1. Students must maintain discipline within the school premises.
  2. Use of foul language, fighting, or any form of bullying is strictly forbidden.
  3. Respect towards teachers, staff, and fellow students is expected at all times.

IV. Academics & Examinations

  1. Students must complete all assignments, classwork, and homework on time.
  2. Cheating in exams or academic dishonesty will result in strict disciplinary action.
  3. Participation in school tests and exams is mandatory.
  4. Parents are encouraged to regularly check the School Diary and communicate with teachers.
  5. Regular progress reports will be sent to parents. PTM attendance is expected.

V. Uniform & Appearance

  1. Students must wear the prescribed uniform on all school days and functions.
  2. Boys must keep short, neat hair. Girls must tie their hair properly.
  3. No cosmetics, fancy hairstyles, ornaments, mehendi, tattoos, or nail polish allowed.
  4. Uniform must be clean and ironed; shoes polished.
  5. ID cards must be worn at all times during school hours.

VI. Classroom Etiquette

  1. Maintain silence, discipline, and attentiveness in class.
  2. Show respect during all class activities.
  3. Assignments and homework must be submitted on time.
  4. Permission is required to leave the classroom.
  5. Scribbling on furniture or walls is prohibited.

VII. Health & Hygiene

  1. Students must maintain personal hygiene.
  2. Report illness to the class teacher or office.
  3. Do not attend school when sick; return after full recovery.
  4. Carrying sharp or harmful objects is strictly prohibited.

VIII. Electronic Devices

  1. Mobile phones, smartwatches, and gadgets are not allowed.
  2. Confiscated items will not be returned and may lead to action.
  3. The school is not responsible for loss or theft of personal items.

IX. Transport & Safety

  1. Follow all transport rules.
  2. Misbehavior may result in removal from bus service.
  3. Students must not drive or ride two-wheelers to school without a valid license.
  4. Transport service is for 11 months and cannot be canceled mid-session.

X. School Property

  1. Handle all school property with care.
  2. Damages will be recovered from students.
  3. Do not write on walls, desks, or books.

XI. Co-curricular Activities

  1. Participation in school activities is encouraged and may be mandatory.
  2. Discipline must be maintained during all events.

XII. Digital & Social Media Conduct

  1. No sharing of school content online without permission.
  2. Misuse of social media to defame will lead to strict action.
  3. Online classes must be attended in uniform and from a quiet place.

XIII. Prohibited Activities

  1. Bullying, ragging, or threatening is a serious offense.
  2. Possession of drugs, tobacco, or objectionable items will lead to expulsion.

XIV. Library Rules

  1. Maintain silence and order in the library.
  2. Return books on time in good condition.
  3. Losses or damages will be charged.

XV. Disciplinary Action

  1. Violation of rules may lead to warning, suspension, or expulsion.
  2. Final decision rests with the Principal or Disciplinary Committee.

Parents’ Responsibilities

  1. Maintain regular contact with teachers via PTMs.
  2. Track your child’s academics and attendance.
  3. Check the diary, homework, and progress reports regularly.
  4. Inform the school of any address or phone number changes.
  5. Pay school fees on time to avoid penalties.
  6. Support school rules and encourage discipline at home.
